Native American Museums Amerind Foundation Museum and Archaeological Research Facility - Mission is to educate and inform the public about American Indian prehistory and history. Exhibits range from anthropology and archaeology to fine arts.Eiteljorg Museum of American Indians and Western Art - Museum dedicated to the appreciation and understanding of American Indian and western art and the many cultures of North America. Indian Pueblo Cultural Center - Museum features exhibits on the culture and heritage of the Pueblo Indians of New Mexico. Mashantucket Pequot Museum and Research Center - Serves as a major resource for scholars and the general public on Native American histories and cultures, particularly the Pequot heritage. Stewart Indian Museum and Trading Post - Located on the grounds of the former Stewart Indian Boarding School, the site is part of a planned six building Native American Cultural Complex.
